A wonderful single room is available for rent in a 2 bedroom apartment with a floor area of 130 sqm. The second room is occupied by the landlady and you will be sharing with her the kitchen, the bathroom and the living area. The whole apartment is extremely luminous, and the living room in particular is an attention-grabber! It uses bright and funky pieces of furniture and artwork, set against the white walls, to create a lively yet comforting atmosphere. The bedroom for rent is nicely decorated as well and has balcony access for when you want to catch some fresh air.
This wonderful exterior home is located on Via Privata Poggibonsi and within a short walk you can access line 1 of the metro. You can reach the historical city centre in about 10 minutes, so exploring other parts of Milan is hassle-free!
What we liked the most
- The living area is wonderfully decorated with a colourful selection of artwork and accessories that brighten up the room. This spacious room has a large windows overlooking the tree-lined street.
- In the corridor you will find a bookcase with a fantastic selection of books.
- The spotless kitchen is brand new, and comes with a handy dishwasher.
- The room for rent is absolutely gorgeous, being sunny and spacious.
