This spacious 200 m², 6-bedroom apartment has 6 double rooms for rent. All rooms have heaps of storage space and windows overlooking the street. There is one shared space within this flat which is where you will find the kitchen and a dining table. Other amenities include 2 bathrooms, a toilet, central heating and a washing machine.
This exterior apartment is located on Viale Emilio Caldara, in the neighbourhood of Citta Studi, a 9-minute tram ride away from the historical city centre, or if you prefer a bit of gentle exercise, you can reach the Duomo in about 20 minutes by foot.

What we liked the most
- The apartment has 2 entrances. The elevator provides direct access to the hallway or you can catch the stairs and enter the house via the kitchen.
- All bedrooms are similarly equipped, with a double bed, a desk and a wardrobe. Bedrooms 3 and 4 have their own private balcony.
- With 2 shared bathrooms and a toilet, there is plenty of space for everyone to get ready to start the day.
- The ample kitchen will provide tenants with a comfortable space to cook and eat their meals. There is a great range of cooking utensils and appliances available, including a gas stove, an oven and a microwave.
- There is a small but sunny balcony which can be accessed via the kitchen, allowing you to start your day with a cup of coffee in the fresh air.
Things to keep in mind
