Four rooms are for rent in a lively 120 sqm 4 bedroom apartment with 2 bathrooms. With one twin room, a single room and 2 double rooms on offer, you can choose the option which will best suit your needs. This comfortable apartment has central heating, and there is one shared room containing a modern full kitchen and a TV. Other advantages of this practical apartment include having lockable rooms, providing a comprehensive stress-free accommodation solution for young people travelling to Milan. This modern interior apartment is located on Corso Vercelli, one of the most important streets in Milan, approximately 15 minutes away by public transport from the town centre and the University of Milan.
What we liked the most
- The open plan kitchen and living area is bright and nicely presented with modern furniture and accessories. It is equipped with a dining table with 4 chairs, a TV and a sofa, creating a functional room where you can relax either by yourself or in the company of your flatmates.
- In the kitchen you will find two fridges and a shelving unit to store food items.
- There are two modern bathrooms to be shared between all rooms. One of them has a bathtub.
- All rooms offer plenty of space to store personal items, equipped with a wardrobe, a shelving unit and a chest of drawers. There is also a shared storage space adjoining bathroom 2 and a shared wardrobe in the hallway, where you could keep those items you won't be using on a daily basis to free up some space in your room.
Things to keep in mind
- Even though this apartment is located on a busy road, it is not too noisy as it is equipped with high quality windows which isolate some of the street sounds.
