A beautiful 4-bedroom apartment with 2 bathrooms offering 4 single rooms for rent. This comfortable apartment is very well appointed, with a full kitchen, a washing machine, a TV, wi-fi and central heating. This exterior flat is located on Via Trincea delle Frasche, in Navigli, a charming neighborhood with an unparalleled beauty. This area is world-renowned for its unique vibe and lively atmosphere, with hundreds of people visiting the area's functioning canals, antique markets, pubs, restaurants and terraces every day. You will surely enjoy living within this marvellous surrounding!
What we liked the most
- As you enter the apartment you will find a hallway furnished with a sofa and a flat screen TV.
- The kitchen has all the equipment you need for cooking and dining, and there is also a table with 6 chairs where you can have your meals, and a shelving unit to store your food.
- There are 2 bathrooms, one for females equipped with a bathtub, and one for males where you will find a shower and also the shared washing machine.
- As the landlord only accepts tenants under the age of 32, this flat will be occupied by a group of young people going through a similar experience to yours, allowing you to meet other like-mind people and exchange stories about living abroad in Milan.
Things to keep in mind
- All bedrooms are exterior and face a busy street with a lively nightlife, however being on the second floor mitigates some of the sound.
