One single room and 1 double room are for rent in a 3 bedroom apartment with 1 bathroom. This 95 sqm exterior apartment is equipped with all the amenities you would want in your new home, including a washing machine, a TV, central heating and a fully equipped kitchen with an oven.
It is located on via Trincea delle Frasche, right in the heart of Milan, in the picturesque neighborhood of Navigli. This is considered one of the nicest areas in the city with charming canals and a lively atmosphere which attracts hundreds of visitors every day. From here you can walk to the Duomo and the rest of the historic town centre in approximately 25 minutes.

What we liked the most
- The apartment is very nicely presented and tidy.
- There is a nice shared room containing the kitchen, a dining table and a flat screen TV attached to the wall where you can cook your meals, watch the news or share a cup of coffee with your flatmates.
- The bathroom is large and comfortable and has a bathtub and a shower. In this room is where you will find the washing machine.
- The apartment is located right by Piazza XXIV Maggio, in the city centre of Milan, and with two tram lines stopping a minute away, you will be able to access other areas of the city fast and efficiently.
Things to keep in mind
- Even though this apartment is exterior, it is not too noisy as it faces a quiet no-exit street without much traffic.
- Sheets and towels are not provided.
