This apartment is located on the 7th floor of a building which is equipped with an elevator. It has natural gas heating and natural gas water heating. You can dry your clothes individual rack inside the floor or on the balcony. Biweekly cleaning of the common areas is included in the rental price.

We're proud to present an incredible 4 bedroom 2 bathroom exterior student apartment located just a few minutes away from Milano's city centre. Located on Piazzale Egeo, just a few minutes away from University Milano Bicocca, it is ideal for students wishing to find a place together as it's rentable by individual rooms. The apartment is very spacious with big windows and two amazing balconies.
The railway station is also nearby, offering transport to all areas of the city. You may also find many restaurants and bars close to the apartment as the area is very student friendly. The nearest metro station is Bicocca, which is just 10 minutes away. The area of the apartment is 140 m2.
What we liked the most
- All bills are included in the rental price, making it easy for tenants to budget the month.
- It has big balconies, and we mean BIG ones.
- It's very bright and light, with a large kitchen and living room.
- The kitchen is fully equipped, including a dishwasher to save tenants time!
- The rooms offer a lot of storage.
- There is a cleaning service every 15 days.
Things to keep in mind
- Some of the rooms are shared with other people as they have twin beds and they are rentable by beds.
