Located on Via San Gimignano in the district of Lorenteggio, this 6 bedroom, 3 bathroom apartment is an ideal choice for those who like to be in a tranquil neighborhood. Lorenteggio is a mainly residential area with good access to the city center and tenants will find a wide range of shops along Via Loreteggio and Via Giambellino to keep themselves busy! The rooms for rent are all furnished with double beds, mini fridges, flat-screen TVs, and other modern furnishings. The layout allows for a lot of independence for each tenant yet the dining area serves as a social space where roommates can share meals. The spacious apartment spans a total area of 150 m2.
What we liked the most
- The rooms are well furnished and equipped: they each have their own 32 inch flat-screen TV and refrigerator.
- All of the bedrooms have double beds, so tenants can stretch out when they sleep!
- The spacious kitchen has a dishwasher, eliminating the need to do the dishes.
- There is a big dining table with 6 chairs in the kitchen.
Things to keep in mind
- Though the apartment lacks a common living room, each room has a TV and the dining area in the kitchen can serve as a common space.
