This renovated luxury apartment, located on Piazzale Susa in the Citta Studi area of Milan. As it is near sever university campuses, the neighborhood is full of students and has plenty of bars, restaurants, and lively entertainment options to keep local residents busy all week long. The rooms for rent are all very well-furnished; there is one room with a single bed and four rooms with double beds. The apartment is very new; so new, in fact, that you can see the plastic covers on the mattress! The amenities in the apartment are modern, clean, and sophisticated and allow tenants to keep a perfect balance between their studies and relax time. The total area of this property is 130 m2.
What we liked the most
- The rooms are extremely well-equipped with their own flat-screen TVs mounted on the wall and a mini fridge for tenants to keep their snacks.
- The apartment is renovated and has a very modern and clean feel.
- Rooms 2, 3, and 4 are especially spacious and all the rooms are very luminous.
- The kitchen and bathrooms have a simple yet elegant design.
Things to keep in mind
- There isn't a common living room, but there is a dining area at the entrance.

If you move out within the second fortnight of the month, you will be charged the full month.
