Located on Piazza Maria Adelaide di Savoia, this 5 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment is very convenient for those needing access to transportation. There are various tram lines minutes away from the flat's doorsteps so tenants will have no problems getting to the city center and other parts of Milan. The rooms for rent are perfectly tailored for comfort: every room has a flat screen TV and a small refrigerator, allowing each tenant plenty of independence. The flat would be ideal for professionals who need to commute to work or for students of Sciaky Europe Business School, located 15 minutes by foot. The total area of the property is 120 m2.
What we liked the most
- All rooms are equipped with a 32 inch flat-screen TV and a small refrigerator, so tenants can hang out and watch TV with fellow flatmates or friends all in the comfort of their own rooms.
- The apartment is completely renovated and has clean and modern amenities.
- The property is excellently located: with various tram lines located at the door of the flat and the Milan Centrale Station a 20 minute stroll, tenants will have no problems getting around the city.
- All bills, including weekly cleaning and Wi-Fi, are included in the rental price.
Things to keep in mind
- There is no common living room, but there is a dining table in the kitchen where tenants can share meals.
