This charming 3-bedroom apartment with rooms to rent on Via Carlo Farini is on the 5th floor and has a live-in landlord. There is an elevator to the 4th floor, but you’ll have to walk up a short set of stairs to your new home. An attic apartment, it has a gorgeous corridor with a slanted ceiling and skylights. The cool vintage bathroom is spacious and has a clawfoot tub. The shared kitchen, living and dining room are down a set of stairs on the 4th floor, where there is also a small balcony. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the living and dining rooms are lush and full of personality.
A 30-minute walk north of the city center, Garibaldi is a good neighborhood where you can immerse in the Milanese culture. You’re well connected by public transport in this area and close to Porta Garibaldi, the Sino European Innovation Center, and The Mall event space. You’ll find a grocery store around the corner and a couple of cultural centers, as well as a gym, within a 10-minute walk. A lively artistic area, you’re close to trendy restaurants and shops.
What we liked the most
- The kitchen has a dishwasher and a small balcony.
- The common living and dining areas are very large.
- There are lots of plants, which give the space added warmth and charm.
- The shared bathroom has a vintage style and clawfoot tub.
