This spacious 2-bedroom apartment with a room to rent on Via Palermo is located on the 1st floor. Sharing with a landlady, this is an ideal place for female tenants. The living room is large and has a huge library. The kitchen is equally big, fully equipped, and there is a low counter that divides it from the dining area. Along with an 8-seat table, it also has a more casual living space with a sofa and TV. A large glass door opens to a balcony from this part of the apartment. The shared bathroom has a tub.
Sesto San Giovanni is a great and quiet eighborhood that’s also a popular area in Milan. There are certainly enough cafés, restaurants and bars around. There are increasingly more high-end shops and libraries. Living in Sesto San Giovanni means living fully the metropolitan context a few steps from Milan and at the same time finding green and relaxing spaces.
What we liked the most
- There is a lovely sunny balcony.
- The apartment has a formal living area and a casual one.
- You have the convenience of a washing machine on the property.
