The rooms to rent in this 2-bedroom apartment on Via Roma are located on the 2nd floor. Both private rooms are located to the right of the front door. The bathroom is spacious with a window, heater, tub and a washing machine. The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas stove, modern cupboards and ample shelving space. There is also a window in this area to let in natural light. The living area is furnished with a large sofa, as well as a small dining table. It’s a good space to socialize and entertain. The best part is that you can access the balcony from here and watch the trains go by on the tracks below.
Sesto San Giovanni is tucked away to the north of downtown Milan. The neighborhood is ideal if you want to be close to the city, but far enough away to enjoy a little tranquility. There are several parks and gardens nearby. Piazza Della Republica is 5 minutes away. Don’t let the green space fool you. This is still a lively part of town. Oneway dance club is less than a 10-minute walk away. Restaurants, cocktail bars, and gelaterias are even closer. To work off any weekend indulgence, you can head to the gym. There is one on the other side of the nearby Giardino degli Alpini, and a sports club just 2 minutes north.
What we liked the most
- The apartment is comfy with spacious shared common areas.
- You’re surrounded by parks and other peaceful green spaces.
- There is a natural food store just a minute away. The nearest supermarket is Il Gigante.
- Catch a train or metro line 1 to get to the city center in less than 30 minutes.
