A double room and beds are available in this 2-bedroom apartment in Loreto. The apartment is in an older building, but has been renovated to give it a modern feel, with some classic touches. There is a fully-equipped kitchen to share, and the bathroom has toilet and bidet, and a shower over a small bathtub. In the spacious hallway are some comfortable chairs, where you can spend time with your flatmates.
The apartment is located on Viale Abruzzi, in Loreto, a bustling, vibrant area of the city. Ideal for students, the Politecnico di Milano is only a 15-minute walk from the apartment. This area is filled with shopping and dining, and there are other useful amenities nearby, like a post office, shoe repair shop, or pharmacy. And with so many public transport options right outside the building, anything you do need to travel for won't be far away.

What we liked the most
- The original doors to each of the bedrooms, with the stained glass windows are lovely!
- Although the apartment doesn't have a living room, it has seating in the hallway, which is spacious enough for tenants to spend time there.
- There's a Carrefour Market supermarket less than a minute from the door. Talk about convenience.
- In fact, the local area is packed with shopping and other amenities – you won't need to travel far for anything.
