This apartment features 2 rooms available for rent, plus, a shared kitchen, balcony and bathroom. There is no shared living room but you will hardly notice this as you slowly begin to fall in love with the cozy rooms and the apartment as a whole. The kitchen is spacious and has lots of storage space including 2 cupboards for both drying and storing your dishes. There is plenty of counter top space for cooking as well as a gas stove, an oven and a microwave and a dining room table that seats 4, where you can enjoy your meals and chat with your new flatmate. The shared bathroom is very spacious with a tub that doubles as a shower and extra storage cabinets as well as gorgeous, bright colored tile work. If you are going to be working or studying in Milan, this would be the perfect place to call your new home.
This property located on Via Privata Flumendosa is situated in a residential area of the Turro district in Milan. You will enjoy access to a few services on foot but the rest of them can be easily reached via metro or bus. Across the street, there are a couple of private business but you will find two dining options, Pizzeria L'Isola Verde for pizza and Bar Luca, where you can enjoy a relaxing evening of cocktails with friends. A post office, bank and supermarket are just a few streets over from the property and more cafés, bars, restaurants and shops can be found on the main street, Via Palmanova.

- The entrance hall has a combined storage and shoe rack inside so you can organize your shoes and make them easy to grab before you leave the house.
- There is a large storage closest located between the 2 shared bedrooms where you can store your extra belongings and things for the apartment.
- The kitchen features a double sink and plenty of storage space for the tenants' food and it is fully equipped.
- You will love the beautiful view of the courtyard from the shared balcony as you enjoy a nice glass of wine or cup of coffee outside on it.
