Italian style is evident in every room in this 4-bedroom apartment with rooms to rent in Certosa in the Maggiore-Musocco neighbourhood. It's a peaceful district which is evident from the views from most of the windows and balconies overlooking a grassed area with trees. There's a stylish shared kitchen with a large window to make it very bright - as do the vibrant blue tiles. The kitchen has a table for eating or chatting while you cook. There are two bathrooms with a choice of soaking in the tub or having a shower.
This apartment is in a lovely residential district, north of Milan. which is just 15 minutes from Milano Certosa railway station to get a train into the city centre in 8 minutes. You can walk along the edge of Maggiore cemetary to the nearest supermarket, Lidl, which is 12 minutes away and Carrefour which is a 20-minute walk. On the other side of the railway tracks, you'll find a multiplex cinema, restaurant and hotel.
What we liked the most
- The balconies on either side of the building are spectacular, especially the one outside the kitchen.
- There's an 8-theatre multiplex cinema just north of the apartment that has the best popcorn around.
- You're just a 15-minute drive away from the city centre.
