Rooms are available to rent in a 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment with AC situated in Milan's Chinatown area. This property is situated in a bed & breakfast and features a spacious, fully equipped kitchen which has plenty of storage space. The interior of the apartment is cosy yet spacious and decorated with charming, colourful furniture. You will share the common areas with the live-in landlord.
Chinatown is a busy area which is filled with a variety of restaurants, cafés and bars, as you would expect. During summer, it is pleasant to walk to Sempione Park, which is 18 minutes away from the apartment. This property is well connected to the rest of Milan, as Monumentale metro station is just 6 minutes away.
What we liked the most
- Monumentale metro station is 6 minutes from the apartment.
- AC units are spread throughout the property to maintain a comfortable temperature during summer.
- Sempione Park can be reached in 17 minutes.
- The area surrounding the apartment is filled with restaurants, bars and cafés.
- Milano Porta Garibaldi train station can be reached in 14 minutes.
Things to keep in mind
- Please note that this property has been altered since the videos were created. The bedroom called "Bedroom 2" in the videos has been divided into two rooms – bedrooms 2 and 3 – and the bedroom called "Bedroom 3" in the videos is now bedroom 4. There are new photos to show the two new rooms.
- The kitchen can only be used during the hours of 07:30–21:30, as the landlord sleeps in this room.
- The apartment does not have a communal living room, but the kitchen and each bedroom is spacious.
