There are rooms for rent in this 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom apartment on Via Conservatoria, San Babila, which has a live-in landlady. It opens into the entrance hall which is lined with funky retro tiles and stylishly furnished with a winged armchair. The kitchen is fully equipped and opens onto a large balcony with neighbourhood views.
This property is located in the major student district of Milan, Citta Studi. For this reason you will find a lot of cheap bars and restaurants within walking distance, as well as the University of Milan only a 14-minute walk from the apartment. In between all this are museums, landmarks and historic churches.
What we liked the most
- The apartment is close to transport and amenities.
- The kitchen is packed with modern appliances including a dishwasher, oven and stove.
- There are 3 bathrooms so tenants do not have to share with each other.
- There is heating to keep you comfortable in the cooler months.
Things to keep in mind
