Rooms are available to rent in this spacious and modern 4-bedroom apartment on Via Comune Antico in Ca' Granda. The 100 m² apartment is a welcoming space with a small but comfortable living room and a big, well-equipped kitchen. There are 2 full bathrooms to share between the 4 tenants. The walls are a cooling white throughout, with wooden flooring in the bedrooms and tiles in the common areas.

This apartment is in a quiet area in the north of the city. Although mostly residential, you won't have to travel far to find a bank or grocery store, and there are several popular restaurants and bars nearby too. You will also be close to Edificio U9 and the Applied Mathematics department of Università degli Studi di Milano Bicocca.
