This 2-bedroom apartment in Bande Nere has a spacious room available to rent. The live-in landlady has decorated the apartment with elegant classic furniture making you feel comfortable right away. There is an open living room and dining area, which leads to the narrow kitchen. The living room also leads to a balcony and lush green garden.
Band Nere is a great residential neighborhood just 15 minutes to the city center and surrounded by lively districts. The neighboring districts are known for their nightlife scene and shopping streets, so you will always be close to the action.
What we liked the most
- There is a lush private garden – perfect for sunny days.
- The bedroom for rent is located in the basement, so you will have plenty of privacy.
- The private bathroom has an elegant jacuzzi bathtub – talk about luxury!
- The living room is huge and has a flat-screen TV and AC.
- The kitchen is narrow, but is fully equipped including a double sink and a dishwasher.
Things to keep in mind
- The studio can be used with permission from the landlady.
- A TV and standalone wardrobe will be provided for bedroom 1.
