This spacious 136 m², 5-bedroom apartment is available to rent on Via Luca Ghini in Morivione. The apartment is very well furnished, and ideal for students, with desks in each room and plenty of storage. There are 2 full bathrooms between the 5 rooms, and large and well-equipped eat-in kitchen with a breakfast bar. The apartment also has access to 2 peaceful balconies overlooking the courtyard that belongs to the building.
This location is ideal for students studying at Bocconi university, which is just 20 minutes away on foot, or a short tram or bus journey. There are plenty of useful amenities nearby, including a Pennymarket supermarket just a couple of minutes away, and a larger Esselunga supermarket nearby too.
What we liked the most
- All of the rooms are well-furnished, with plenty of space. And with big desks, they are ideally set up for students.
- You will have 2 full bathrooms between 5 tenants, minimising queues for the shower in the morning.
- You can find restaurants and shopping on the larger roads nearby, and there will be more as you head towards the University.
- This peaceful location will be calmer than a residence close to the university, and is ideal for somebody who wants to focus on their studies...
- ... it's only a short tram journey from the nightlife though, for when you want to let your hair down!
