This 3-bedroom duplex apartment has rooms available to rent and is located in the Cinisello Balsamo district. The kitchen is the main shared area and is quite spacious with high ceilings. From here, you have access to the large private terrace, the perfect place to relax. There is 1 full bathroom to share among the tenants and the live-in landlady.
The apartment is situated on Via Raffaello Sanzio in Cinisello Balsamo, a very lively area which is surrounded by the bars and restaurants of the De Angeli and Wagner districts. With lots of shops and beautiful tree-lined streets, this is a popular neighborhood among the locals.
