This 4-bedroom apartment is fully renovated and has spacious rooms available for rent. Walking into the apartment everything feels new and fresh with fresh-painted walls, new furniture, and a modern remodeled kitchen. For bursts of color, you can use either of the 2 available bathrooms – convenient for a shared apartment! All the rooms of the property have large windows to keep it bright and fresh.
The apartment is located in the neighborhood of Villapizzone. This neighborhood is a great option if you don't want to live directly in the city center. You are surrounded by public transportation, with many lines that take you directly to the center. If in need of some greenery, you can find public parks within walking distance.
What we liked the most
- The apartment is completely renovated and has new furniture and modern appliances.
- The apartment receives a lot of natural light and has elegant wood flooring.
- The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas stove, oven, a square dining table, and a lot of cupboard space.
- There are 2 full bathroom to share – so no arguments about who needs to shower and when!
- You can find the washing machine in one of the bathrooms and can choose from either using a shower or taking a bath.
- There is parking available.
- The area is very well-connected to the city by public transportation, with multiple lines that take you directly to the city center.
Things to keep in mind
- The main common area is the kitchen, which is a comfortable area to meet and chat with your roommates.
