Beds are available to rent in shared rooms in a 95 m², 3-bedroom apartment in the Loreto area of Milan. The apartment is well equipped with everything you might need, including AC and a dishwasher, and all bedrooms have access to a balcony.
Loreto is a bustling area with all the necessary amenities as well as good transport connection to the rest of the city. Close to the property is Parco Trotter, perfect for afternoon strolls, and there is also a Simply supermarket only a 6-minute walk away, great for last-minute purchases.
What we liked the most
- The balcony has some amazing 6th floor views of the neighbourhood.
- AC will be a welcome addition during the summer months.
- A dishwasher is an added luxury, saving you time on washing up.
- This location is perfect for shopaholics as it is home to Corso Buenos Aires, one of the city's major shopping avenues.
Things to keep in mind
- The landlord does not speak English but this gives you the perfect opportunity to practice your Italian.
