A spacious room with a balcony in available to rent in Umbria, Milan. The room is bright and large, and it has plenty of storage space, a sofa, a drying rack, and a private fridge. The kitchen has everything tenants might need, including a stove, an oven, a washing machine, a large fridge-freezer, plenty of cutlery and cooking utensils, a coffee machine, a table with chairs, and lots of storage space. The bathroom is sizeable, and it has a nice bathtub in it.
The Umbria-Molise neighborhood is a quiet residential part of Milan. Full of plenty of tram and bus connections, Umbria-Molise is home to the Porta Vittoria and Porta Romana train stations. The area also has some small parks, plenty of cafes and restaurants, and unique shops.
What we liked the most
- The room for rent is spacious and has lots of storage space, as well as areas to relax or do work.
- There are attractive wooden floors.
- The bedroom has a balcony overlooking the quiet streets below.
