This 85 m², 3-bedroom apartment offers single bed and double bed rooms for rent. The apartment has a very comfortable layout, with the biggest room being the kitchen. The kitchen is the biggest room and with a large dining table it makes for a perfect place to gather with your roommates or friends. All the bedrooms have windows, allowing each tenant to receive plenty of natural light. There is 1 full bathroom to share.
The apartment is located in the charming district of XXII Marzo. The location is very convenient with tram stops and bus lines within a 5-minute walk. In this neighborhood you also have the Corso XXII Marzo shopping street and Porta Vittoria train station.
What we liked the most
- The apartment complex is very peaceful and has a beautiful interior courtyard.
- All the bedrooms have windows and the archways and high ceilings make the apartment feel bigger.
- The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas stove, oven, large sink, a dining table, and very big cupboards for food storage.
- There is 1 full bathroom to share equipped with a washing machine.
- The apartment is very well-connected to the Citta Studi.
