This 3-bedroom apartment offers rooms for rent in a very spacious 120 m² property. The apartment has multiple corridors providing each tenant the right amount of privacy. There is a large balcony with gorgeous views of the lush greenery in nearby park. The shared areas include the living room and the kitchen, where you can find an attached laundry room. There is 1 full bathroom to share.
The apartment is located in the housing community of Quartiere Triennale 8. What began as a residential experiment has turned into a gorgeous and peaceful area to live that is well-connected to the city by public transport. Not far from the center, you can enjoy convenience and green lush parks.
What we liked the most
- There is a large balcony overlooking beautiful green trees - perfect for an outdoor meal or to sit back and relax.
- The living room is well-sized and comes furnished with a large leather couch, 2 leather arm chairs, and a small table.
- The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, gas stove, oven, and a dining table.
- There is a separate laundry room that comes equipped with a washing machine.
- The shared bathroom is quite large and is decorated with a blue color scheme, including the large bathtub.
- The apartment has a bus stop just outside the door and a metro stop about a 5-minute walk from the property.
Things to keep in mind
- Bedroom 1 is the only room with private access to the balcony.
