This 2-bedroom apartment covers an area of 58m2 and has 2 spacious bedrooms to rent. The apartment is very stylish, with fashionable furnishings and a chic Milano decor. The kitchen is a feature of the property and has beautiful vintage wooden detailing and modern appliances.
Loreto is an excellent neighbourhood to base yourself in, with 3 metro stations close by to take you around Milan. There is plenty of shopping to be done along the famous Corso Buenos Aires, as well as plenty of eating, with some of the finest Pizzerias in the entire city right on your doorstep.

- The stylish kitchen is spacious and well equipped.
- The apartment is very fashionable and has a uniquely Italian charm.
- There are several metro stations and a train station within easy walking distance of the apartment.
- Bedroom 1 has classic checkered floors, colourful bed linen, and stylish furnishings.
- Bedroom 2 has classic vintage armchairs and french windows with a nice street view.
Things to keep in mind
- The apartment is located on the 4th floor and there is no elevator; work those quadriceps!
- Smoking is permitted in some areas of the apartment only.
- The bed in bedroom 2 will be upgraded before the tenant moves in, and the arrangement of furniture may also change.
