A 1-bedroom apartment complete with AC and a fully-equipped kitchen is available to rent in Zona Farini, a popular student neighbourhood in Milan. With two single beds, this is the perfect home for students, easily accommodating two people with plenty of storage and a kitchen table for 3.
The area is home to Alcatraz, a well-known music venue, and there are also several parks, perfect for relaxing when you are not studying or working. Zona Farini is also close to the Zara neighbourhood, full of places to go out for a good price. The Politecnico di Milano - Campus Bovisa is within walking distance.
What we liked the most
- With an oven as well as a stove, you can cook whatever you choose.
- The dining table means you can invite friends over for dinner.
- There is plenty of storage space, so you will have no problems keeping the apartment tidy.
- The area has everything you might need but is also well-connected to the rest of the city.
- AC is a necessity when it comes to the hot Milan summers.
Things to keep in mind
- Couples are not allowed in this property but it is perfect for two friends.
