Comfortable rooms for rent in a large 5-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment in Porta Vittoria, for postgraduates and professionals only. The brand new 155 m² apartment is cosy and full of storage units in every room. Along with several air conditioning units, tenants will also be provided with all necessary appliances, including a washing machine. All bills are included in the rental price.
Located in a picturesque area, the apartment is just a 5-minute walk away from Parco Vittorio with Palazzina Liberty. You can find anything you might need on Corso XXII Marzo, a street full of public transportation services, shops, restaurants, and cafes. The apartment is also a 5-minute walk from Milano Dateo train station.
What we liked the most
- All rooms come with large beds, desks and plenty of storage space.
- Rental price includes all bills.
- Air conditioning units are provided.
- Parco Vittorio Formentano is a 5-minute walk away.
- We love the brand new and fully equipped kitchen, complete with a dining space.
