4 Rooms are to rent for women in a stylish 90m2, 1-bathroom apartment near the Bocconi University in the Navigli area of Milan. The interior of this property is decorated with a combination of modern and traditional, elegant furniture. The luminous kitchen is fully furnished with up-to-date appliances, and there is a dining table around which tenants can enjoy meals together.
Navigli is a charming, canal-based neighbourhood which is filled with interesting bars, cafés and restaurants for socialising. This property is perfect for students, as Bocconi University is 6 minutes away, Catholic University of the Sacred Heart is 24 minutes away, and the University of Milan can be reached in 18 minutes.
What we liked the most
- This apartment is great for students, as Bocconi University is just 6 minutes away.
- There are several green spaces in the area surrounding the apartment, such as Parco della Resistenza and Parco Alessandrina Ravizza.
- Milano Porta Genova train station is 17 minutes from the apartment.
- The apartment has recently been renovated and although it has modern furniture, it still retains its classical charm.
- This property is well-connected to other areas in the city, as Missori metro station is 14 minutes away.
