Tenants can walk just 6 minutes to reach Uruguay, the closest metro station that provides access to the city centre. The property itself has a spacious kitchen that is fully furnished with modern appliances and plenty of storage space. There is extra storage that tenants can make use of on the ground floor. There is 1 bathroom which is to be shared with the long-term tenant occupying the other room.
