Three rooms with private kitchenette are available for rent in a three bedroom, 55sqm apartment located within a residence hall. All rooms are equipped with a single bed, desk, storage and a heating unit. Tenants will share use of one bathroom and will also have access to a communal laundry room located on the ground floor of the building. This property is located on Viale Gramsci, in the neighbourhood of Sesto San Giovanni, approximately 10 kilometres from the Duomo di Milano. There is a large station only a short walk away that provides easy access to public transport.
What we liked the most
- All rooms have a private kitchenette and an independent key.
- Tenants will have access to a rack to park bicycles located in the building's common courtyard.
- Car parking can be arranged at an extra cost.
- This property is located within walking distance of a large station.
Things to keep in mind
- All rooms for rent have a basic kitchenette, but cooking utensils such as pots, pans, glasses, cutlery and dinnerware are not provided.
- There is no washing machine inside the apartment but you will find a common laundry room in the ground floor of the residence hall equipped with both a washing machine and a dryer.
