This recently renovated 1 bedroom apartment for rent is a fantastic choice for couples, families and anyone who wishes to be located close to the Tortona fashion district. The apartment is modern and fully furnished, consisting of a stylish kitchen with a dining area and a balcony, a fantastic bedroom with plenty of storage space, an excellent bathroom with a large shower and a relaxing living area with a large sofa and a flat screen television. All bills are included in the rent and a parking space and an air conditioning system are provided. Situated on Via Tito Vignoli, just moments away from Via Giambellino tramway station, it provides easy access to the city centre, which is a 30 minute tramway ride away.
What we liked the most
- We love the spacious living area, furnished with a large sofa and even larger television unit.
- The bedroom is stylish, featuring a double bed, television and a large wardrobe along with a fantastic walk-in wardrobe.
- Every utility bill is already included in the rent, making sure your life will be as stress-free as possible.
- The fully equipped red-themed kitchen also has an extendable table and access to a small balcony.
- The apartment is ideal for two people, but can comfortably host four - perfect for families or guests.
- You will be located nearby the Tortona fashion district, ideal for artists and fashionistas.
