As you step into the apartment, you are greeted by the spacious dining and living room, furnished with a large dining table and sofa. This room is connected to the kitchen, where you can also access the balcony. Both bedrooms have two single beds put together to create double beds and room 2 has an entrance to the second large balcony.
The surrounding neighborhood, Citta Studi, is a student-filled area with a young population due to many universities being located here. With the Milano Centrale station and 2 metro lines within a 15 minute walk, accessing other parts of the city and country will be effortless for tenants of this spacious, 80 m² apartment.
What we liked the most
- All utilities come included in the price of this 2 bedroom apartment.
- The apartment has central air conditioning to keep tenants cool during the summer months.
- The kitchen comes fully equipped with an oven and dishwasher.
- The balcony, accessible via the kitchen, has quaint views of Via Lippi, a quiet street.
- The living room is spacious and well-furnished. There is a long dining table where tenants can host dinners.
- Both rooms are very spacious and bright. The second room has access to a spacious balcony with pleasant views of the green-filled courtyard.
- As the Polytechnic University of Milan is a mere 8 minute walk away, those attending this university will have an easy commute to class.
- The Milano Centrale train station is a mere 15 minute stroll from the flat.
Things to keep in mind
