Located on Via Modica in a quiet neighborhood of Barona, this one bedroom exterior apartment for rent is a perfect opportunity for those who prefer to live in a peaceful area, close to IULM university. The pet-friendly apartment consists of a cosy kitchen with a bar, a bathroom with a shower and a comfortable bedroom where you will find plenty of storage and a very large double bed. Lovers of nature will also be able to enjoy the nearby Parco Andrea Campagna, ideal for relaxing walks or even morning runs. You will also have access to a bus station and will be able to reach the city centre in 36 minutes. The area of the apartment is 110m2.
What we liked the most

- You will be located close to the IULM university.
- The bedroom has a very big and comfortable double bed along with plenty of storage.
- You will also benefit from having a balcony facing the street and overlooking the surrounding area.
