This stylish, one bedroom apartment for rent is a perfect option for anyone wishing to stay close to Milan city centre and have easy access to plenty of transportation. You will be located on Via Cervignano, in the neighborhood of Citta Studi, where you can find plenty of universities. The apartment is fully equipped, consisting of a spacious living room with sofas, a television and a kitchen providing you with all necessary utilities to make delicious meals. In the bedroom, you will find a large double bed, along with a single bed and a big storage unit. You will be able to use air conditioning and the apartment also has a washing machine, which you can find on the balcony. All bills, including cleaning service, are included in the rent. The area of the apartment is 65m2.
What we liked the most
- The apartment has a large balcony with a washing machine and great views of the courtyard.
- The open plan kitchen is connected to the living area - they are both spacious and modernly equipped, with everything you might need to have a guaranteed comfort.
- We love the sunny bedroom - it has a comfortable double bed, along with a single bed and a large storage space.
- You will be able to catch up to your favorite TV shows as the living room has TV with a storage unit.
- The apartment is less than 30 minutes away from the city centre.
- All bills are included in the rent, including cleaning service.
- The Polytechnic University of Milan is 20 minutes away by bus, making this apartment an ideal choice for students of this institution.
