Spotahome's opinion
This property is a beautiful and modern studio located near the Bicocca neighborhood. The district is mainly student-centered and thus is full of young residents attending the University of Milan. The apartment for rent is located on the 4th floor and has a great view of the surrounding area below. The property overlooks an interior courtyard, so it is quite silent and very little noise can be heard from the street. The living room has a sofa which folds out into a double sofa bed so tenants can host overnight guests with ease! Though compact, this 35 m2 totally renovated property is color coordinated with soft and natural shades to create a relaxing and cheerful space for tenants.
What we liked the most
- The apartment has a great view of the courtyard and streets below.
- The whole apartment receives a lot of sunlight. The freshly painted walls reflect the natural light and illuminates the whole property.
- A lot of the interior decoration is brand new and the house is very modern.
- The sofa is also a double bed in case you have guests over!
- The house looks over an interior courtyard, so there is very little noise from the street below
Things to keep in mind
- The apartment has an A/C unit, but it is only in the living area/bedroom.
- There is no washing machine in the home, but there is a laundromat very close by.
