This apartment is located on the second floor of a building which isn't equipped with an elevator. It has natural gas heating and natural gas water heating. You can dry your clothes on an individual rack inside the floor, or an individual rack on the terrace or balcony. The price of rent includes water and bed linen but NOT electricity, gas, heating or Wi-Fi. The minimum lease for this apartment is 30 days (1 month).

This super spacious 1 bedroom apartment is located in a tranquil section of the Bovisa district of Milan. Despite the apartment being on the interior, it has lots of natural light as it faces out onto a very big and calm interior courtyard. The master bedroom has a very modern feel to it as it is decorated with bold red furniture and has a big picture depicting a city at night behind the bed. This property would be perfect for couples and a small family as the bedroom has a double bed in addition to a sofa bed that can be unfolded for additional sleeping space. The property is 50m2.
What we liked the most
- Despite the apartment being on the interior, it is surprisingly nice and bright as it has many windows.
- The bathroom even has a towel heater, so you will be nice and warm when you get out of the shower.
- The master bedroom is big and has an additional sofa bed in case you have friends or family staying over to visit.
Things to keep in mind
- The building doesn’t have an elevator, but the apartment is on the second floor, so the walk up isn’t too strenuous.
- The washing machine is located in a little storage space right off of the master bedroom, but you can close the door in case you want to sleep while it is on.
