Situated in a Renaissance palace, this charming "pied-à-terre" is furnished with top-of-the-line custom pieces made in Italy. The convertible sofa bed facing the television is illuminated by the natural light from a wall to ceiling window. The fixtures have been carefully chosen down to the smallest detail. The bathroom features an extra large shower and high design accessories. The kitchen is fully equipped to meet your every need. You will love this little bijoux! #The neighborhood Near the Central Station (Milan's main train station with connections to Malpensa) and shopping on Corso Buenos Aires, the apartment is located in a very elegant residential neighborhood. Four meter stops away from the Duomo, the fashion district and GAM, the modern art gallery. Nearby supermarket is open seven days a week, and the area is full of restaurants and bars. Be sure to try Pizzeria Spontini, one of Milan's best. And if you like to jog, the lovely Parco Montanelli is the perfect place.

Landlord policies
- Upon confirmation of the booking, the payment of initial and final cleaning up as well as the payment of the deposit equal to one month's rent is required. The security deposit the landlord will give you back at the end of your stay no later than 30 business days from your check-out date
- It is mandatory to apply for a valid Italian Tax Code (Codice Fiscale) in order to sign the rental agreement. You can apply for one by contacting your local Consulate, or by going to the Italian Revenue Office (Agenzia delle Entrate)
- The monthly rent includes all utilities based on normal use; if you exceed the usage of gas and electricity, the extras will be deducted from your deposit. Details will be specified in the rental agreement
- Internet wi-fi, water, building expenses and contract registration costs are included in the rental price
- If you wish to leave the flat earlier, you just need to inform the landlord by giving a notice period of 21 days
- Check-in time: Every day between 3pm to 9pm
- Check-out time: by 11am

Get an answer in 24h or less
The Landlord has 24 hours to respond to your booking request. If they accept, your payment method will be charged and we will put you in contact with the Landlord. If they don’t accept, no worries, you won't be charged and we'll help you find alternatives.
Move in
Arrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.
Remember: you have 24h to check your new home
If the property is significantly different to what our listing promised, let us know within 24h since you move in so that we can work to resolve it.
