This sunny 1-bedroom apartment to rent on Via Per Robecco is on the ground floor. As such, you get access to a little patio space that you can access through the glass door in the main room. It’s a simple and open-plan space that includes an equipped one-wall kitchen, a 4-seat dining table and a sofa. The double bedroom is spacious and also has a door to the patio. The bathroom is a fair size. It’s modern and has a tub, as well as a washing machine.
Cinisello Balsamo is a quiet suburb northeast of the downtown center. A lot of the tourist sites consist of churches and shrines. There is a lot of green space around. You’re close to Villa Ghirlanda Silva and other lovely parks. It’s hardly a remote neighborhood, though. You’re minutes away from Centro Commerciale La Fontana. There is a sports complex, cultural center, and cinema within walking distance. And Piazza Gramsci Antonio is 10 minutes away.
What we liked the most
- Tile floors keep the apartment cool in the summer months.
- There is a washing machine in the bathroom.
- You can access patio space from the living room and bedroom.
- It’s a great spot for those who enjoy living outside of the busy city core.
