This bright 2-bedroom apartment is now available to rent on Via Alessandro Manzoni in Brera. It has a spacious living area with peach coloured walls and comfortable furniture. Next to this is a charming kitchen with plenty of storage space in cabinets above and below the counter. There is a shared bathroom with shower/bath, toilet, sink and a large mirror. Both bedrooms are similar in size with large double beds. Bedroom 2 has additional storage space behind a screen wall and also an ensuite bathroom.
This apartment is located in a beautiful area just north of the centre of Milan. It is only a 2-minute walk to a public garden that also houses the natural history museum and planetarium, and you will find a good selection of shops and restaurants within walking distance.
What we liked the most
- The public transport in this are is excellent, only a 4-minute walk from 2 different metro stations.
- The apartment is located opposite a department store, if you're ever in need of some retail therapy.
- This apartment has central heating to keep you cosy during chilly winter months.
- There is Wi-Fi installed in the property already so you won't have to organise anything before/after moving in.
- The kitchen is full equipped with everything you may need to cook.
Things to keep in mind
- There is no television or air conditioning in the apartment.
- This apartment is located on the 3rd floor with no elevator and may be hard to access for some people.
