This charming 1-bedroom apartment is available to rent on Via Giuseppe Rovani in Sesto San Giovanni. The apartment is spacious and elegant with beautiful furnishings. The kitchen living area is cosy with a comfortable sofa and compact kitchen. Opposite the kitchen from the corridor is a stylish bathroom with toilet, sink and shower. Next to the bathroom is the bedroom which has a gorgeous double bed, desk and wardrobe.
This apartment is located in a beautiful neighbourhood North-east of the city of Milan. There is excellent public transport in this area that can take you into the centre or other parts of the city and you will find all the essential amenities nearby.
What we liked the most
- This apartment has both AC and heating to keep you comfortable year-round.
- There are balconies from both the kitchen and the bedroom, lovely for those hot, summer days.
- The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you may need to cook.
- There are bars and restaurants within walking distance of the apartment.
- There is a public swimming pool just up the road from the apartment which could be good for year-round exercise or to cool off on a hot day.
Things to keep in mind
- This apartment is on the 2nd floor with no elevator and may be hard to access for some people.
- There is no parking available with this apartment however there is great public transport of both buses and metro in the area.
