Located on the 5th floor of a building in Sant'Ambrogio, this 45 m², 1-bedroom apartment is a sun-filled property that also opens up onto a huge terrace. The main room is furnished as a bedroom and living room, with a small wall partition. There is a single bed in the corner, a sofa bed that can sleep 2 people, and a dining table. The kitchen and bathroom are down the main corridor and both have windows that let in plenty of light and fresh air.
On Via Tarquinio Prisco, you are located in a very convenient location. You are just a few minutes' walk to Metro and tram stops, and also have a cinema, lush park, and several shops nearby. This neighborhood is great if you want to live near the city center but still close.
What we liked the most
- There is wood flooring and an AC unit.
- A terrace this size is a true luxury!
- There is extra built-in storage in the bathroom.
- You are walking distance to the historical city center.
