This charming 1-bedroom apartment is available for rent on Piazza Giuseppe Grandi in Città Studi. The 60m² property has a kitchen that is spacious and well-equipped with spaces to eat and plenty of cupboards for storage. There is also a living area which is very cosy with a small sofa and rug. The bedroom has a large double bed and its own heating unit and large mirrored wardrobe.
The public transport in this area is great, giving you good connections to the rest of the city. You also have plenty of restaurants and bars within walking distance of the apartment, as well as a gym a short walk away if you like to keep fit.
What we liked the most
- The blue colour scheme is beautiful!
- This apartment is cosy with slanted, white ceilings.
- There are supermarkets within walking distance.
- There is a large park nearby.
- This apartment has skylight windows that flood the rooms with natural light.
- The bathroom is spacious with cream tiles and a bath/shower, toilet and sink.
