This stylish 1-bedroom apartment available to rent is located in the Calvairate district. The ground floor property has wood flooring throughout and cool gray decor with pops of color. The door opens up into the living room, furnished with a leather couch, dining table for 4, and a flat-screen TV. The kitchen is separated by a sliding door and is compact but equipped with modern amenities. The bedroom is spacious and comes with a double bed.
Calvairate is a convenient district for both professionals and students, about 20 minutes to the city center and several university campuses. On Via Rodolfo Carbaelli, you have plenty of basic amenities on your street including a post office and tailor. A few steps away, you also have a roundabout lined with restaurants, grocery stores, and bakeries.
