This spacious 2-bedroom apartment on Via Bartolomeo Eustachi in Citta Studi is very sunny and has plenty of storage. The kitchen of this 90m² property is fully equipped and has a double sink. The bedrooms are both large and fully furnished and have beautiful views of the courtyard. This apartment is centrally heated and has a washing machine.
The property is located in the City of Studies on the outskirts of central Milan, and you will be within walking distance to several restaurants, a supermarket (just 4 minutes walk), a post shop, cafes, night clubs, and art galleries. The closest metro is 10 minutes away. Perfect for students and professionals.
What we liked the most
- If you are sharing one of the beautiful bedrooms with a friend or partner, it will not feel cramped.
- Bedroom 2 has its own private balcony.
- You are well located with plenty of everyday services within walking distance.
- The bathroom has a large, modern shower and a big mirror.
- The equipped kitchen has beautiful tiling and a large table, large fridge, double sink, and plenty of space to cook and store your food.
