This 1-bedroom apartment to rent on Via Amedei is located on the 3rd floor. Although the area is old, the building does have an elevator, and the decor inside is trendy and modern. Large windows add a lot of natural light into the main living space.
This apartment is decorated with a simple black and white color palette, a large bookshelf, TV, fireplace, 4-seat dining table and a sofa where you can relax with a glass of wine. There are also a few unique decorative touches in this room. The bedroom is located directly in front of the entrance. It’s spacious and warm with a comfortable double bed, and has 2 windows overlooking a courtyard. There is a walk-in closet space — walk through here to reach the modern bathroom. The kitchen is basic, but spacious, sunny and equipped.
As you might guess, Centro is the neighborhood at the heart of ancient and modern Milan. From numerous basilicas to the Archaeological Park, history is all around you. Still, you won’t be spending all your time visiting popular tourist sites. You’ll discover a contemporary beat among the old streets and buildings. The University of Milan is a 10-minute walk away. Verme and Scala theaters are 15 minutes away. And there are numerous bars, restaurants and shops just around the corner. For groceries, you can head to the Carrefour Express, which is a 4-minute walk out. And you’ll find a pharmacy, bank and post office close to the Metro, which is only 3 minutes from your new home.

- Aside from the bathroom, all the rooms in the apartment have large windows, so you get ample natural light.
- Historical buildings, churches and landmarks surround you.
- There is a vibrant nightlife with many restaurants and bars nearby.
- It’s the perfect central location from where to explore greater Milan.
