This cozy 70 m², 1-bedroom apartment available to rent in Morivione is ideal for a couple of individual. On the 2nd floor, the apartment has the added feature of having 2 balconies, one in the bedroom and one in the living room. This is perfect for outdoor meals, sunny days, and entertaining. There is combined kitchen and living room with a couch, dining table, and kitchen corner. The bedroom is quite spacious and has plenty of storage space.
On Via dei Fontanilli, the apartment is in a calm residential area near the Vettabbia Canal. You are surrounded by all your basic amenities, with gyms, shops, and restaurants all within a 5-minute walk of the property. On nearby Via Carlo Bazzi, you can have bus stops for lines that connect you to other parts of the city.
What we liked the most
- There are 2 spacious balconies – lucky!
- We love the wood flooring.
- The bedrooms is quite spacious.
