Located on the 3rd floor of a building in the Morivione district, this 1-bedroom apartment available to rent receives plenty of natural light. There is an open-plan kitchen and living room slightly partitioned by a large shelving unit and pillars. The all-white kitchen comes fully equipped with plenty of cabinet space, and the living room area is cozy with a couch and television. The dining corner opens up onto a large terrace with outdoor seating and city views. The apartment has simple but elegant decor and unique wall art that adds a splash of color.
Morivione is a popular neighborhood due to its central location, peaceful atmosphere, and proximity to IULM and Bocconi University. On Via Bernardino Biondelli, you are minutes away from a high-traffic street where you can grab buses to get around town. The neighborhood has plenty of local restaurants and bars, and there are several small parks and even a sports center. If you want to be centric but enjoy a laid-back vibe, this is the place for you!.
