This 1-bedroom apartment to rent on Via Luigi Federico Menabrea is located on the 2nd floor. You will directly access the bright open-plan kitchen, living and dining area when you walk through the front door. The one-wall kitchen has modern appliances, lots of cupboard space and is fully equipped. The rest of the area is furnished with a sofa, TV and a 4-seat dining table. It’s cozy, but comfortable. A lovely decorated corridor leads to the rest of the apartment. The bathroom derives natural light from the bedroom, which shines through a window placed high on the wall. It’s a good size, and it has a bathtub. The bedroom is huge and furnished with a large wardrobe as well as two double beds and a single. Even better is that the sliding doors lead to a small balcony with a 2-seat table where you can enjoy a coffee overlooking the street.
Isola is a residential area north of the city center. Although it retains some of its working class history and atmosphere, the area has seen an influx of artists and hipsters in recent years. Your new home is located 20 minutes from the large Porta Garibaldi underground station. There are a few tourist attractions nearby, including the Macchina da Scrivere Museum, just 2 minutes away. If you want to get away, Scuola Villani Park and Piazzale Carlo Maciachin are a 5-minute walk away. However, there are a good number of restaurants and a few bars close by when you’re feeling social. There is also a gym just beyond the Carrefour Supermarket, which is a couple minutes away.
Things to keep in mind
- The apartment is very bright, the bedroom is huge, and you even get a little balcony with a table and 2 chairs that overlooks the street.
- You’ll find a few nice little green spaces where you can get away and relax.
- There is a GetFIT gym located 6 minutes from your new home.
- Milan Porta Garibaldi underground station is just a 12-minute metro ride from Zara station.
